Returns & Refunds

Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Eligible Items

Items that can be returned:

  • Unused items in original condition
  • Items with original tags and packaging
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods

How to Return Items

1. Contact us at sales@exquitea.com.au with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions

3. Package items securely in original packaging

4. Include the return authorization form in your package

5. Ship the package back to us using the provided return label

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within the 15-day return period.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund promptly.
