Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes Estimates

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3-7 business days 

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days 

Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $75 AUD

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery

Packages are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If you're not available to receive your package, Australia Post will leave a collection card for pickup at your local post office.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the Australia Post website or in your customer account.
